YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy, clearly.

Who is responsible?
KALYDER is being developed by The WNDRLND Company Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16462992. We are the controller for the KALYDER mailing list.
Registered office: First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester, M4 5JW. Write to this address, marked “Data Protection”, for a privacy request. You can also email hello@kalyder.co.
What registration means
When enabled, the form lets you request KALYDER launch news and experience updates by email. It does not enter you into a prize draw, create an account or guarantee any prize, access or entry benefit.
Information and purpose
We use your email address, the wording and version of your consent, the date and time of your request, its source page, and the campaign labels attached to your link. We use these to provide the updates you request, keep evidence of your consent and understand which campaigns result in registrations. Our legal basis for email updates is your consent.
You choose whether to register. The marketing checkbox starts unticked. A confirmation email asks you to verify your address before you join the confirmed KALYDER list. A request awaiting confirmation is not counted as a confirmed subscription.
Where information goes
Once connected, the form sends your request securely to this website’s server and then to Brevo, our proposed mailing-list and email-delivery provider. Brevo keeps subscription records and handles confirmation and unsubscribe links. No API credentials are included in your browser. The website does not maintain a separate subscriber database.
Cloudflare Turnstile will check whether a request is automated. When enabled, it processes technical browser and network information for that security purpose. The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare; their infrastructure may process network information such as IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and protect the site. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure service for essential security processing.
We do not sell your information or add you to unrelated WNDRLND mailing lists. Before public collection begins, we will complete the relevant provider agreements and document applicable safeguards for any transfers outside the UK. We will update this notice if the providers or processing change.
How long we keep it
Our proposed launch policy is to remove unconfirmed signup records after 30 days, and review active subscribers after 12 months without meaningful engagement or when the pre-launch campaign ends. We will retain a minimal suppression record after you unsubscribe so we can respect that choice, and consent evidence only for as long as reasonably needed to demonstrate compliance. These retention tasks must be configured before public collection begins.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every marketing email or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing that was lawful. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing.
You may also request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information where the relevant right applies. Contact us using the details above. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Optional audience measurement
Optional audience measurement is currently disabled. We have prepared an integration with Umami for visits, general traffic sources, campaign labels and accepted signup requests. It is separate from marketing consent. We do not send email addresses or personal identifiers to analytics, and we do not use advertising pixels or session replay.
If measurement is enabled, you can decline it or change your choice using “Measurement settings”. Only your measurement preference is stored in your browser by our application. Visits to a confirmation page are not used as proof of a confirmed subscription; confirmed mailing-list records are the source of truth. Provider and browser restrictions mean statistics are estimates.
Cookies and preview access
The landing-page application sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The private preview’s sign-in and hosting layer may use essential cookies under its own notices. Security tools may use essential technology when registration is enabled. We will explain any changes before adding non-essential tracking.
